TrimPLUS Diet Program by Phases
The TrimPLUS--Fat Elimination Program works better when following the diet protocol written by Dr. Simeons commonly known as the hCG Diet.  The diet protocol is divided in three phases. PHASE ONE is primarily the preparation phase. There are a couple of varition of this phase between Dr. Simeons' research verses Kevin Trudeau's research. Phase One is optional however the focus of your weight loss success will come into play as you begin the second phase.
PHASE TWO consist of TrimPLUS Drops (non-prescription dietary supplement, glandular support and appetite suppressants) for 40 days. This typically resulting in an average weight loss 20-30 pounds in 40 days without excessive hunger - rapidly, safely, and easily. After 40 days there is temporary immunity to the drops which lasts approximately 3 weeks. The diet is continued for 72 hours after the last dose of TrimPLUS Drops.   After the 72 hours period the patient goes onto PHASE THREE.
PHASE THREE of our program -- "Metabolic Reset" accelerates the basic metabolism rate, as well as gives the body a break from the TrimPLUS Drops and appetite suppressants. There should be no weight gain or weight loss during this reset period. If you have not reached your weight loss goal, you may begin Phase Two again at the end of the 3 week period. hCG Protocol History based on Dr. A. T. Simeons (for diet guidelines only)
The use of hCG in the treatment of obesity was first discovered by the late British endocrinologist, Dr. A. T. W. Simeons. While studing pregnant woment in Indie on a calorie-deficient diet, and obese male adolescents with pituitary problems, all reated with low-dose hCG, Simeons' discovered that both groups of patients lost fat rather than lean muscle tissue. He reasoned that hCG must be programming the hypothalamus to do this in the pregnacy cases in order to protect the developing fetus, and proceeded to use daily hCG in combination with a customized low-calorie (500-800 cal/day, high-protein, low-carbohydrate/fat) diet to help obese adults lose dramatic amounts of adipose tissue without loss of lean tissue.

Phase One
Phase One is more of a preparational phase to beginning the TrimPLUS -- Fat Elimination Program. Kevin Trudeau added a Phase One to his HCG Diet many years following the publishing of Dr. Simeon's manuscript. Phase One, however is completely optional and we do not really feel it changes the outcome of your weight loss success. Easy as 1, 2, 3....
Use this time to prepare yourself and begin gathering suggested items to make Phase 2 and 3 as easy as possible. Move forward by planning out your meals according to the guidelines for Phase 2 and 3. Record your body measurements and weight. Very Important......read Dr. Simeons' manuscript located in the back of Handbook provided when you order our complete kit. This without a doubt will help you prepare for the next steps of the TrimPLUS -- Fat Elimination Program.
Getting Started!
While you are waiting for your product to arrive, increase your water intake significantly and consider cleansing your Colon with a mild over the counter product. Your kit will arrive with Basic Support Nutrients, however it is best to begin this particular diet program if you are not constipated or have an excessive amount of stored toxins. Good-luck as you move unto Phase 2.

Plain and simple suggestions from Dr. Simeon's diet plan will help you stay focused and losing weight daily.

CAUTION: This diet program is extremely sensitive and the slightest deviation from the acceptable food list will hender your weight loss efforts. Succes is small meals spread throughout the day totaling 500 Calories containing no fats or oils is most important.
Phase 2
Success will be accomplished by following the diet outline to its fullest. Any diviation will result in a "stall" or weight gain.
Tea, Coffee, plain water or mineral water are the only drinks allowed, but they may be taken in any quanity. At least 2-liters of fluids per day.
The juice of one lemon daily is allowed for all purposes. (drink flavor or cooking flavor)
Spices: NATURAL salt, pepper, vinegar, mustard powder, garlic, sweet basil, parsley, thyme, majoram, etc., may e used for seasoning, BUT NO OIL, BUTTER OR DRESSING.
Fruit or the breadstick may be eaten between meals instead of with lunch or dinner, but not more than four items listed for either can be eaten at one meal.
Remove all visible fat from meat. All meats must be weighed raw and accurate amount (100 grams) should be prepared.
Nothing with oils, fats, vitamins, gels, etc. should be eaten or put on the skin. This includes personal hygiene products and costmetics. That's right ladies - make-up. Although you are allowed to use "pure mineral oil" and "baby oil" to moisturize while on this protocol, that is it. All shampoo, conditioners, make-up and face creams need to be free of oils in order assist in your weight loss.
 
Weighing yourself daily is absolutely important to preventing a Plateau or Stall. Plateaus are very frustrating and typically occur during the second half of the diet protocol. A Platear is a stall in the loss of weight for more than 3 days and can last up to 10 day, but are typically 4-6 days. Here are two strategies Dr. Simeons' recommends to get you back on track.
hCG Diet Apple Day- starts at lunch on one hCG diet day and ends the next day at lunch. Drink water only and only to satisy thirst. Each up to 6 large apples throughout the day. No other food, liquid or proteins are allowed on an Apple Day. Don't forget to take your hCG Plus drops.
hCG Mini Steak Day - Drink plenty of water all day. Have a large beef sirloin or beef filet steak for dinner with a raw apple or tomato.
PHASE 2 consist of TrimPLUS Drops (non-prescription herbal dietary supplement, glandular support and appetit suppressants) for either 21 or 40 days. This resulting in an average weight loss 20-30 pounds in 40 days without excessive hunger - rapidly, safely, and easy. After either 21 day or 40 day regiment there is temporary immunity to the TrimPLUS which lasts approximately 3 weeks. The diet is then continued or 72 hours after the last dose of TrimPLUS the patient goes onto PHASE 3.

Phase 2 of the TrimPLUS diet has many names, but it simply consist of a 500 Calorie Diet Phase or also known as Very Low Calorie Diet (VLCD) Phase

 
Ready Set Go......
 
Easy as 1, 2, 3....
The first two days of the TrimPLUS diet, YOU TAKE YOUR SUBLINGUAL DROPS and eat as much fatty food as you can without making yourself physically sick. The concept is to feel completely F-U-L-L.
 
Day 3- 21-40
This portion of the diet plan is a little more strict, however this is where the TrimPLUS Drops begin to truly change your life. So, for the next 21-40 day (however long you decide to stay on the diet), you will take the Sublingual Drops and make your meal choices based off of the meal planner and sample menues.  Refer to Dr. Simeons' diet protocol for more information.
 
Breakfast
2 cups of Tea or coffee without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Saccharin (brand name Sweet 'n' low) or allowable Stevia may be used. One cup of strawberries or half of a grapefruit or one small apple.
Snack
May vary from day to day. Typically a serving of Green Tea, a half apple or half of cucumber with five (5) cherry tomatoes or four (4) breadsticks.

Lunch
1. 3.5oz of veal, beef, chicken breast, fresh white fish, lobster, crab or shrimp. All visible fat must be carefully removed before cooking, and the meat must be weighed raw. It must be boiled or grilled without additional fat. No Butter or Oils! Salmon, eel, herring, dried or pickled fish are not allowed. The chicken breast must be off the bone. Through research we have found it is acceptable to eat tuna from the can so long as it is packed in water.

2. One type of vegetable only to be chosen from the following: Spinach, chard, chicory, beet-greens, green salad, tomatoes, celery, fennel, onions, red radishes, cucmbers, asparagus, cabbage.

3. One grissini breadstick, one Melba toast, or two (2) Melba "snacks" (original garlic, whole grain or sesame flavored).

4. An apple or a handful of strawberries or one-help grape fruit or one (1) orange....if you did not eat this as a snack or breakfast.
Snack
Snack can vary between: a half apple or half of cucumber with five (5) cherry tomatoes including a serving of Green Tea or four (4) breadsticks with a serving of Green Tea
Dinner

The Last 72 hours of the Very Low Calorie Diet is VERY IMPORTANT. You must STOP taking your hCG Plus drops and keep following the 500 calorie meal plan for 3 days following either the 21 day or the 40 day program or else you will gain. This is a key factor in your weight loss success.

Common Experiences During First 3-5 Days of this Phase Loss of 2-3 lbs first day on Low Calorie Diet and then about 1 lb afterwards Headache (can take asprin) as your body is detoxing from sugars, starches etc. Mild hunger, stomach growling - but don't worry it will subside after about day 4 or 5.

Phase Three begins three days after your last dose of hCG Plus drops as you wrap up the 21 day or 40 day program in Phase Two. This phase is essential to your success because Phase Three resets your metabolism to assist your body in locking in your new weight. You may not continue to lose weight during this phase, however the steps are vital to help you achieve and maintain your weight loss goals.

Phase Three is typically a 30 day program used after each round of hCG Plus drops and or after you have achieved your goal weight. If you are planning to continue with another round of Phase Two, you may choose to participate in the MetabolicReset Program for 21 days. Rather 30 days or 21 day, this phase is necessary inorder to reset your metabolism and continue your path to a healthier you. Keep in mind, each time you "restart" Phase Two, we recommend you extend your Metabolic Reset Period longer inorder to create a stable weight set-point prior to beginning additional weight reduction.
 
Metabolic Reset Ready!
Now your food selection and caloric intake increases dramactically. It is vial you increase your caloric intake to 1,200-1,500 calories per day during this phase. According to Dr. Simeons, remember the hCG Plus drops has helped your body use 2,000-4,500 calories per day plus the additional 500 calories from food to fuel itself. It your caloric intake is not increased, your body will go into starvation mode---grabbing everything and holding on to it.
 
Eat something 4-6 times per day.
It is important to eat a full breakfast, lunch and dinner -- as well as three snacks. Try to stick with two apples and one grapefruit.
 
Weigh yourself daily
You must absolutely weigh yourslef every morning after first empting your bladder. You must do this daily without fail. As it takes about three weeks after completing Phase 2 before the weight stabilizes. If your weight goes beyond two pounds, even by an few ounces, you take action.

Action: Steak Day! The same day you notice the increase YOU MUST skip all food until 6:00 p.m. During this time you should drink as much water as you can. Up to one gallon BUT a minimum of a half gallon of pure water. You can add various teas and use stevia as your sweetner. For dinner, eat a 12-16oz steak with an apple or raw tomato. It is the utmost importance that this is done the same day the scale reflects you have gained.
 
Keep a Daily Food Log
Be aware of your appetite. As you are adding more calories throughout the day, it is a good idea to journal your eating habits and total caloric intake. This will help you target weakness and foods that cause you to gain weight. Exercise Your body has gone through a dramtic nutritional change. As you increase your caloric intake, it is impairative you begin exercising to keep your metabolism moving and prevents fats from being stored. Your goals is to maintain your weight loss not lose additional weight at this point.
 
Exercise
Design an exercise program that fits your lifestyle so it is not a punishment but a celebration of avoiding yo-yo dieting. Keep in mind you are trying to burn excess calories thus preventing stored fat. Each person is different so again write down your routine and change it up until you find the right fit for you. The key word is Maintain!
